• Days 1-2: You will enjoy four detox shakes spaced out every 3-4 hours

• Days 3-7: Food is re-introduced. Breakfast is a detox shake, lunch is vegan and dinner is either paleo or vegan (minus certain foods that you will eliminate throughout the detox).

What is a Functional Medicine Detox?

A Functional Medicine Detox is to assist your liver and kidneys in detoxifying your body from chemicals from your external environment, your food and even your beauty products. The liver is meant to do this “detoxifying” but because the body is bombarded with so many more chemicals in today’s day and age, the liver just cannot manage this on its own.

This FM Detox is a comprehensive detoxification program that allows your body 7 days to reset and remove harmful toxins from your body. These toxins can cause weight gain, bloating, dry skin, brain fog, mood disorders, and hormone imbalances. The results from the detox have been shown to improve many of these issues in most people along with weight loss.

We will be using the nutritional support shakes and liver detox supplements from Equilibrium Nutrition, which are all free of major allergens including gluten, dairy, soy, egg and nuts.
