She helps women attain the energy, vitality, health and anti-aging qualities that they seek, by identifying and addressing the root cause of dis-ease in the body. After a very thorough lifestyle assessment, Marnie empowers women to make gradual, sustainable lifelong changes in nutrition and lifestyle through a highly personalized plan.

Stephanie is a certified holistic health & wellness coach and integrative health practitioner who empowers women to transform their health through nutrition and lifestyle by creating sustainable habits for life. As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about helping women make real changes so that they can thrive, feel their best and live their best life. Prior to discovering her passion as a health coach and advocate for women, Stephanie spent nearly 18 years in the corporate world and understands firsthand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while juggling a successful career and family.
