Thrive with support from like-minded women (but hard to keep accountable to yourself).
What does this program includes?
One 30-min interactive group coaching session per week (client focused discussion)
Weekly modules including new seasonal recipes, challenges, guided meditation and overall strategies to Thrive during this upcoming holiday season.
Daily support in a private group with full access to two certified and experienced Integrative Health Practitioners/holistic health coaches, who will share tips, tricks and strategies that are proven to work.
Strategies to shift your mindset, reframe your thinking and build support
One- 60 minute yoga class (which will be recorded)
Support and accountability from a group of like minded women
15-minute consultation with either Stephanie or Marnie to share your goals and concerns receive suggestions and tips.
Motivation so that you keep true to yourself and your health goals
