E 109: Learn to access your intuition, turn challenges into adventures & reclaim your time through bite-sized self-care with Emily Schickli

We are so excited for today’s fun conversation with Emily Schickli, CEO of Mind Body Dharma, Certified Life Coach, Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master with a Masters in English and Curriculum Design from the University of Chicago. Emily  loves combining practices from both the East and West to help busy professional women-identifying folks turn challenges into adventures, reconnect with their intuition, and finally make self-care doable and fun––no matter if they have a never-ending to-do list.  She’s led workshops on work-life balance, card reading, and self-care for companies like Google, Uber, and Course Hero and helped her clients double their energy and improve their ability to manage their time through her coaching programs.

We had so much fun talking with Emily today about bite size self-care and how you can tap into your intuition in order to reduce your stress. She shares how she helps busy women who are overwhelmed by their to-do list and hitting burnout through bite size self-care and implementing a keystone habit.

In today’s episode you will hear Emily’s story about how she started tuning into her intuitive gifts and why you need to be in your body in order to tap into your intuition.

We also dive into intuitive card readings including how to choose an oracle card deck, how to pull a card and how this will help you focus on your self-care. Emily does a short grounding exercise with us followed by a card reading with both Marnie and Stephanie using her favorite oracle deck.

You will be so inspired to take her advice and treat life like a gigantic science experience and just say yes to life.
