Fuel (“diet”) - More focus on a whole-foods and well-rounded, plant-based diet, as well as consuming adequate protein. We also dive in and talk about the “Ozempic” class of GLP-1 agonists drugs that are now being used for weight loss.
Lifestyle - Community saunas and hot/cold plunge retreats are popping up everywhere.
We also discuss habit stacking and using red light therapy and PEMF mats.

Rest - Sleep is often the best medicine. Listen to your body when it needs rest, and modify your workouts based on the quality of your zzz's.
